Welcome Back Red and Black!
Looking to prepare for the first day of classes? Photo ID pictures and locker assignments will take place on the following dates:
- Grade 10: August 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Orientation: August 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Grade 11: August 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Grade 12: August 21 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
School Fees
Families are invoiced for school fees at the beginning of every school year. Fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date. The simplest, and most convenient, way to pay school fees is by logging in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. There you can view your fees and pay them online using a MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card.
If circumstances exist where you are unable to pay your fees, you can apply to have fees waived by submitting an Application for a Waiver of Fees. The 2025-26 fee waiver application deadline is Dec. 15, 2025.

New Student Information
Haven’t registered for the 2025-26 school year yet? That’s OK, there’s still time. Simply, complete the applicable New Student Registration Form. For tips on filling out the form, see:
Student Transportation
All families using EIPS Student Transportation services for the 2025-26 school year have received a tentative route schedule and the applicable invoice. Transportation fees are now due and can be paid online. Bus passes and updated route information are mailed to families in August.
